Microsoft also offers a nonprofit plan (up to 300 users with Microsoft 365 Business Basic).
It has similar features, it’s geared more toward businesses.

✉️ Why Not Just Use a Personal Gmail Account?
Using a free Gmail account (like [email protected]) works, but it doesn’t provide the same level of professionalism, branding, or security.
With Google Workspace for Nonprofits, you’ll get:

- ✅ 100 TB of shared storage across all users

🌐 What You’ll Need: A Domain Name
To use Google Workspace, you’ll need a domain name (your PTA/PTSA’s “.org” address).

- Cloudflare – provides wholesale pricing and offers additional functionality that may be covered in a future post
- Squarespace – included with your Google Workspace account, with limited integration
- Namecheap – easy to use, though it often upsells on additional functionality
