Same day on-site signup will be available from 8:30am.\nYou are invited to the Orange County Council’s Annual Spring Training Workshop for all local PTA/PTSA Units.This Workshop will feature presentations on Human Trafficking; OCPS Security Measures in our schools; and PTA Advocacy. Sessions will provide information on Audits and the IRS 990; Nominating Committees and Elections; the Principal and the PTA; Engaging Everyone; Conflict Resolution; and the Successful End of Year Transition.Workshop is Complimentary to Orange County PTA/PTSAs. DESCRIPTION:Tens of thousands of pieces of “hand art” will be hung throughout the Capitol Rotunda Sunday\, March 24 – Friday\, March 29\, 2019 creating an amazing display of children’s art.  “Hand art” is decorated by children and their teachers\, and collected at child care centers and schools across the state. The hands hang in the Capitol Rotunda as a reminder to legislators and advocates that we must take care of our most precious commodity – our children. \nWant your children’s hand art on display at the Capitol?Mail us your artwork postmarked anytime before March 10\, 2019.\nSchools\, child care centers\, and individuals from across the state have been submitting hands to hang at the Capitol for many years\, and we encourage everyone to participate in this time honored tradition. \nThe Early Learning Coalition of the Big Bend Region2639 N.
