Dear Reflections Chair:

Please, invite the below listed students and their families, your local unit president, school principal, and of course yourself to the OCCPTA Reflections Ceremony and General Meeting with Elections on Monday, April 16, 2012, at 6:15 pm.

This event will be held at the ELC – 445 W. Amelia St. – Orlando, FL 32801. FREE parking is available in the ELC’s parking garage.

Please, RSVP by Wednesday, April 11, 2012, with total number of attendees from your local unit, to reflections@occpta.org.

The Art Gallery viewing and light refreshments will be served at 6:15 pm.

Artwork that is still with OCCPTA will be available for pickup at the end of the event. Artwork that was sent to the Florida PTA will be made available at a later date. Florida PTA only returns Visual Arts and Photography.

ALL Reflections Chairs are highly encouraged to attend this event. Please, notify reflections@occpta.org if any student’s name is spelt wrong.
