OCCPTA Training and Vendor Fair

  • It’s not to late to send in your Vendor Application.
  • OCCPTA will supply the tables.
  • OCCPTA will not supply table linens.
  • There is only a limited amount of spaces with electricity.
  • OCCPTA will not supply extension cords.
  • Setup will be available at 7:15 am
  • Last year OCCPTA had between 100 – 150 attendees. This year OCCPTA has asked local unit PTA/PTSA presidents and principals to share our Vendor Fair information with their athletic department, fine arts department, and other orgainizations who must fundraise. Our goal is to bring in more attendees for the vendors.

Please, make plans to join the Orange County Council of PTA representatives and vendors at:

OCPS Educational Leadership Center – 1st Floor

The OCCPTA holds annual training to help Local Unit PTAs who would like to further their understanding of PTA / PTSA or were not able to send as many attendees to the Florida PTA’s Leadership Training at Innisbrook as they would have liked. We also understand that other organizations, within your school, must also fundraise. Because of this, registration is open to your school’s: PTA / PTSA; principal; booster clubs; athletics department; teachers; etc.  

The Training and Vendor Fair is FREE. The Orange County Council of PTA is offering a Boxed Lunch for $6.00 per lunch.

Vendor Fair:
   8:00 am – 9:00 am
   12:15 pm – 1:15pm
   Anytime you are not in a class until 2:00 pm
