The 2009-10 application for the Orange County Council of PTA/PTSAs scholarship is available.
In order for your Senior students to qualify for a scholarship, your school’s PTA/PTSA chapter must be in good standing. The applicant must also be a local unit PTSA member.

SCHOLARSHIPS TO LOCAL MIDDLE SCHOOLERS
Enter to Win a Full College Tuition Scholarship Valued at over $18,000
TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – August 25, 2009 – The Governor’s Recognition Scholarship
Program essay contest, hosted by the Florida Prepaid College Foundation, will begin
accepting essays and applications starting September 8th for a four-year college
tuition and local fees scholarship from the Florida Prepaid College Plans. The
scholarship is currently valued at $18,428. This year, the Foundation has extended the
deadline to October 28th, 2009.
